The actress currently lives in New York City. Chando was a student at Manhattan College prior to becoming an actor. Chando is best known for playing Maddie Coleman from As the World Rotates, a tv soap opera that she appeared in between 2005 through 2007. Alexandra began her acting career in 2002 on the TV show House Blend playing the character as Jenna Harper. She played Maddie Coleman in the CBS television soap As the World Turns for three years.
